Fashion, Beauty & Creative Wellbeing

Supporting healthier workplaces across fashion, beauty, retail, luxury, and creative industries through psychologically informed training, consultancy, and wellbeing programmes.

Supporting the People Behind Creative Industries

Fashion, beauty, retail, and creative industries are exciting, innovative, and constantly evolving. They also bring unique pressures. Commercial targets, public visibility, perfectionism, changing trends, creative demands, and fast-paced environments can all influence confidence, wellbeing, relationships, leadership, and performance.

Drawing on over 20 years' experience within the fashion and retail industry, alongside my work as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I help organisations better understand the psychological demands placed upon their people.

Whether supporting retail teams, creative studios, head office functions, leadership teams, or luxury brands, every programme is designed to strengthen wellbeing, build resilience, improve communication, and create healthier workplace cultures.

I work with organisations across Liverpool, the UK, and internationally. Training can be delivered in person, online, or through a hybrid format depending on your needs.

Whilst face-to-face delivery often creates greater engagement and discussion, particularly around sensitive topics, online delivery can offer flexibility for larger organisations, national workforces, and international teams.

For organisations operating across multiple locations, training can also be delivered as part of a workplace roadshow programme.

Please note that all training is delivered in English. Travel outside Liverpool may incur additional travel and accommodation costs, which will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Tailored to Your Organisation

No two organisations are the same.

Whether you're a luxury fashion house, beauty brand, independent retailer, creative agency, or global organisation, Fixing Fashion is tailored to reflect your people, culture, commercial objectives, and the unique pressures of your industry.

Sessions can be adapted for leadership development, wellbeing strategies, retail operations, creative teams, head office functions, or organisation-wide initiatives.

Every programme is designed to provide practical, psychologically informed strategies that support both people and performance.

Workplace Consultancy & Communication Support

Training is often just one part of building healthier workplace cultures.

Alongside programme delivery, consultancy support is available for organisations looking to strengthen workplace wellbeing strategies, leadership guidance, manager resources, communication campaigns, and employee support pathways.

Where appropriate, support can also include the development of accompanying communication materials and training resources to help embed learning, increase awareness, and signpost employees to available support.

Examples include:

  • Wellbeing guidance documents

  • Manager conversation guides

  • Creative team wellbeing resources

  • Participant workbooks and training handouts

  • Internal wellbeing campaigns

  • Intranet content

  • Awareness posters

  • Employee information leaflets

  • Leadership toolkits

  • Business cards and signposting materials

  • E-shots and internal communication campaigns

Materials can be tailored to reflect your organisation's branding, existing policies, and support pathways. Additional consultancy and design costs may apply.

Delivered By Kate Auguste

Before retraining as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I spent over two decades working within the fashion and retail industry in leadership and commercial roles. That experience gave me first-hand insight into the pace, pressure, expectations, and culture that shape creative workplaces.

Today, I combine that commercial understanding with psychotherapy to help organisations create healthier workplace cultures through psychologically informed training and consultancy.

I am also the founder of Fixing Fashion™, an initiative exploring the future of wellbeing within fashion and creative industries. My work focuses on helping organisations strengthen leadership, reduce burnout, improve communication, and support the people behind the brand.

Training is delivered across the UK and internationally and may be provided independently or alongside trusted associates where additional expertise would benefit your organisation.
