  • Therapy records: kept for 7 years after therapy ends (in line with professional guidelines).

  • Financial records: retained for 6 years (for tax purposes).

  • General enquiries: deleted after 12 months if no further contact occurs.

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or destroyed.
